Looks refreshing… do you flavor it with something? Such a fun idea… May have to try that this week-end, they are announcing over 100’F with humidity. Ugh…

    Have a wonderful week-end!

It’s lemon – add 1 cup sugar to 1 3/4 cup water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil (till sugar is dissolved.) Turn off heat and add 6-8 tablespoons of lemon juice, whisking well. Pour into loaf pan and freeze. Rack with a fork and serve ๐Ÿ™‚
I can’t take credit for the recipe but I can’t remember where I found it. But I am hoping to experiment with watermelon and other flavors.

Thank you so much for arranging the visit by the Bury Grammar School battlefields tour party to the Glory Hole on Sunday 23rd October. Iain and Richard were fantastic guides and the boys (and staff) were privileged to visit this fascinating arloceochgiaal site. We shall monitor the progress of the project with great interest and hope to pay a further visit on a future tour.
